First, sign up for an account, then click the 'Post Listing' button on your dashboard. Fill in the details about your item, upload photos, set your price, and publish. Your listing will be visible to buyers immediately.

We accept Credit Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for all transactions, giving you maximum flexibility and security! You can pay on-site after inspecting the item to ensure it meets your expectations, or pay in advance to secure the item before anyone else.

When you purchase, you'll be directed to pay through our secure payment system, and our marketplace handles the entire transaction while separately billing the 5% fee to sellers.

The marketplace charges a 5% fee on the total transaction amount.

This fee is billed separately to the seller after the transaction is completed. Sellers receive fee invoices and must pay them separately through our fee collection system.

Unpaid fees trigger a 7-day grace period.

You'll receive reminder emails on days 3, 5, and 7. If fees remain unpaid after the grace period, your account will be suspended until payment is made. You can view and pay fees from your dashboard.

Yes! You can edit your listings at any time from your dashboard.

Simply go to 'My Listings', find the item you want to modify, and use the Edit button. To prevent fee evasion and ensure all transactions go through our secure platform, listings cannot be deleted once they have active transactions. Instead, you can mark them as 'Sold' to complete the sale through the platform.

All communication happens through our messaging system. Once you accept an offer, the buyer receives a secure payment link to complete the transaction using Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

We have zero tolerance for inaccurate listings! We envisioned a marketplace free from the typical low-quality listings with bait-and-switch tactics, misleading photos, or false descriptions.

All listings must be 100% accurate - photos must show the actual item, descriptions must be honest, and condition must be represented truthfully.

When users report violations, a HUMAN will investigate thoroughly - we will never use AI for these judgments. This personal attention to quality and safety is what justifies our fees. We take immediate action including listing removal and account suspension. We actually listen and enforce these rules strictly.
